Mineral wool fiberizing process is the result of complex fluidodynamics, aerodynamic and thermodynamic phenomena. This animation is a computational reconstruction of melt cascade motion, formation of fibers and their motion to the collecting chamber through turbulent airflow conditions. Dynamic features of process are taken from real process by image processing of high speed video records.
